Terms of Service for Constellation for Executives

1. Acceptance of Terms By using the Constellation for Executives application (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
2. Subscription and Payment Use of the App requires a paid subscription. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
3. License and Use Upon subscription, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App to any third party
- Use the App to develop a competing product or service
- Market or promote a competing product using any information or functionalities of the App
4. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, functionality, and content, are owned by us or our licensors. Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights in the App or its content.
5. Changes to the App We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
6. Dispute Resolution In the event of any dispute regarding the App, including functionality issues, both parties agree to seek third-party mediation and arbitration before pursuing any legal action. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body mutually agreed upon by both parties.
7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms.
9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Governing Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under these Terms that are not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of [Insert Governing Jurisdiction].
