Payment received — your WordPress fix is in motion

Thanks for your payment. I’ve received your WordPress Fix Request and will follow up shortly if I need any additional details or access. Once I have what I need, I’ll begin troubleshooting and send you a clear recap when it’s resolved.

What happens next

1) Access + confirmation
If I don’t already have access, I’ll request the minimum needed to complete the fix safely.

2) Troubleshoot + implement the fix
I’ll identify the root cause, apply the fix, and verify the site is stable.

3) Wrap-up recap
You’ll receive a short summary of what changed and what to watch next (so you’re not guessing later).

What I need from you (if you haven’t sent it yet)

Please reply to your Stripe confirmation email (or send a message through the contact method we used) with:

  • Website URL

  • A 1–2 sentence description of what’s broken (and what you expected to happen)

  • When it started

  • What changed right before it broke (plugin update, theme change, hosting/DNS change, etc.)

  • Any error text (copy/paste) + a screenshot if possible

How to share access securely

If access is required, the safest approach is:

WordPress Admin

  • Create a temporary admin user for me (recommended)

  • After the fix is complete, you can disable or remove that user

Hosting / SFTP (only if needed)

  • Provide host login, SFTP credentials, or a temporary access method

  • If your host supports it, invite as a user instead of sharing a master password

Important
Avoid sending passwords in a plain email if possible. If you must, send the username and password in separate messages.
