If your site is down and you’re losing leads, start with triage.
Triage (15 minutes) — we identify the cause and the fastest path to fix
Fixed price confirmation — most requests are $250; bigger items get a quote
Stripe checkout — I send a secure Stripe payment link after we confirm scope
Fix + recap — you get a short summary of what changed and what to watch next
Q: Is it always $250?
A: Most WordPress fixes are. If your request is larger (multi-page rebuild, custom development, complex migrations), you’ll get a separate quote before work begins.
Q: How fast can you fix it?
A: Same-day is common for discrete issues. If it’s urgent, mention that in triage and I’ll confirm timing.
Q: What access do you need?
A: Usually WordPress admin access, and sometimes hosting/SFTP. I’ll request access securely after triage.
Q: What if you can’t fix it?
A: If it’s outside scope or blocked by access/constraints, I’ll tell you quickly—no surprises.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Once we confirm scope, I’ll send a secure Stripe payment link. Pay by card and I’ll get started.
Q: What if it turns out to be bigger than a $250 fix?
A: I’ll tell you before you pay. You’ll either get a revised flat rate, a time-boxed option, or a quote for a larger project.
Tell me what’s happening and I’ll reply with next steps. If it’s a standard fix, I’ll confirm the $250 flat rate and send a Stripe payment link. Work begins immediately after payment.
